AI Workshops & Training

Five-module corporate AI training for non-technical business teams, built around the 5 P’s of Prompting framework. Designed for real workflow adoption, not awareness. Virtual-first; in-person available in Europe.

From CHF 2,000 per workshop. Multi-workshop pilots: CHF 5,500–6,000 for three sessions.

AI Implementation

Production AI systems: RAG-based assistants, multi-agent architectures, custom LLM integrations. Same architectural patterns used in Augself.ai, EnableMate.ai, and the Swing Trader autonomous trading system.

Project-based, from CHF 130/hour or fixed scope.

If you’re unsure which service fits, the AI Opportunity Audit is the entry point. It produces an AI Opportunity Map, a prioritized roadmap, and recommended engagement paths — designed to be valuable standalone, and to inform any follow-on engagements that emerge.

Structured 2-week engagement. Stakeholder interviews, workflow review, opportunity mapping, and a prioritized roadmap you can act on with or without me.

CHF 3,500–7,500 fixed, approximately 2 weeks, multi-stakeholder.

The 5 P’s of Prompting

Methodology spine. A framework for non-technical teams to consistently get useful output from AI tools.

I developed this framework for corporate AI workshops. It’s the structure participants use during training and carry back to their daily work.

  • Premise — what’s the situation? Audience, goal, constraints.
  • Persona — what role should the AI take?
  • Pattern — what does good look like? Show one or two examples.
  • Purpose — what specifically should it produce?
  • Presentation — what format and length?
