Three frameworks run through every engagement. They work together: the first decides what to point AI at, the second makes the prompting reliable, the third makes the habit stick.

The AI Sweet Spot

A rubric for finding the tasks where AI actually delivers, scored on four properties: high repetition, language-heavy, low-to-medium stakes, and privacy-safe. It scales into an Impact x Suitability matrix for prioritizing across a whole function. This is the diagnostic that opens every audit and workshop.

Questions business owners ask first

What does an engagement cost?

The AI Opportunity Audit is CHF 3,500 to 7,500 fixed. Workshops start at CHF 2,000. Implementation runs from CHF 130 per hour or fixed scope. AI Care starts at CHF 490 per month. The first conversation is always free, and every quote is written before work begins.

Is our data safe?

Data protection is part of the design, not an afterthought: Swiss FADP and GDPR aware setups, Swiss or EU hosting options where needed, and no client data used to train public models. Confidentiality agreements are standard practice.

Do we need technical people on our side?

No. Non-technical teams are my specialty; workshops and documentation are written in plain business language, and systems are built to be operated by the people who already run your processes.

How fast do we see results?

The audit delivers its opportunity map in about one to two weeks. Workshop skills are usable the same day. First automations are typically productive within a few weeks.

What if AI is not right for a process, or for us?

Then you will hear exactly that. The audit's job includes a leave-alone list: processes where AI would cost more than it returns. It is the part clients quote back to me most often.
